Many retail segments in Colombia have yet to recover fully from the impact of the COVID-19 crisis. One example is the sale of new cars. Although sales surged by 4.8% in 2022, reaching 262,600 units, this figure was still slightly below the 263,684 units of 2019 and well under the 283,380 units of 2015. For motorcycle sales, on the other hand, 2022 was a record-breaking year.
